Great experience with Eric Homrich & his partner who came over and put in a new furnace. He sent me a text message to let me know that he was on his way to my mom's house. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly. Asked me if I had any questions. Explained the operation of the new furnace and it's maintenance & the thermostat & told me if I had any questions in the future to feel free to call and they'd be happy to assist me. It was a very pleasant experience.

Greg the owner is a very humble guy. Willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I had my furnace go out right as winter was starting. He went above and beyond to make sure my babies and I didn’t go another day cold. As for Craig, the technician he is also awesome and a truly kind man with an even kinder heart. He is the reason we are back warm. He did not hesitate to reach out to his boss to make sure we were both in the cold another night. I give this company 5 stars across the board!! Thank you. I will be using this company in the future!

Craig was amazing! Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I am a first time home buyer so I called for furnace maintenance. He also replaced my old thermostat. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Fry has earned themselves a return customer.

Justin and Eric did a great job. They were incredibly friendly and efficient with getting the old water heater disconnected and removed and the new tank put in. I will definitely be calling Fry heating and cooling again in the future when we have our next plumbing or heating needs.

Gabe was GREAT!! He came by my house and before he started, he advised me on some options for a replacement water heater, to save me some money; I really appreciated that. Gabe was professional, engaging, answered all my questions, and cleaned up and made it look like he hadn’t been there.
